He is a highly regarded member of the security profession having delivering a mixed bag of tactical, strategic & technical security outcomes in the past 4 decades through security risk assessments, personnel, industry based training and state-of-the-art security technologies. As a long term business owner / operator Peter's responsibilities included managing finance, budgets, business compliance, sales & marketing, providing leadership, enhancing technical systems, HS&E, recruitment, training. Peter's knowledge of the industry is paramount to the ongoing success, growth and expansion of the company.

Tracie Mathieson - Lowe

Chief Executive Officer

Tracie is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of finance and business expertise. Specialising in financial, administrative and procedural processes, Tracie is a valued member of the management team. As a bright and personable individual who knows her work inside-out. She is highly self-motivated, independent and efficient – three qualities that someone working at an accountant’s position cannot do without. Her work as added tremendous value to the company and is integral to the ongoing growth of AMSEC.

The postion requires a results orientated, hands on construction and business development professional with many year's experience in security and related industries at different levels. Your skill set must include projects within experience with budgets through coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive report with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients.

Bill Nicolaou

National Projects Manager

Our new seasoned veteran in the security industry with a diverse background making him ideal in operations, his trade background includes items beyond security, auto electronics and more. His experience includes CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, Intercoms installation & service operational activity. Some of the key clients included Victorian Corrective Services and numourous data centres. Bill Nicolaou after being with the AMSEC family only a short time has already made his stamp and created a great environment for our service delivery team.

Matthew Mitrione

Senior Project Engineer

Matthew has more than 7 years experience in the security industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Matthew's technical expertise covers all aspects of security installations for domestic, commercial and government application.

Allyson Beresford

Senior Executive Administration Manager

Allyson has a well-established background in customer service and administration and provides essential support for the ongoing growth of the company. With combined excellence in customer service and vast experience in domestic and commercial construction, Allyson ensures that AMSEC provides exemplary customer service to every client.

Project Co-ordinator - (JPL Account Manager)

The role entails administrative assistance and executive support to our team nationwide, it also plays an important role in office maintenance. It includes assisting the managing the day-to-day project operations, organizing and maintaining files and records for both project and JPL service. The roles requires an extensive knowledge, support and assistance in the planning and scheduling of meetings and appointments. Also required is expertise in presentations for our social media sites which has proven invaluable to the success of the business.

Jane Hewet

Service Co-ordinator

Jane provides administrative and service assistance to support our operations team, she will also compliment the other team members in our office in providing further expertise to our extensive client base. Jane will also assist in managing the day-to-day service operations, organising and maintaining files and records. Jane brings to AMSEC extensive knowledge in the planning and scheduling of meetings, appointments and presentations. Jane’s strong expertise in Marketing will prove to be invaluable to the success of our business. .
