Your skill set must include projects within experience with budgets through coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive report with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients.
Our new seasoned veteran in the security industry with a diverse background making him ideal in operations, his trade background includes items beyond security, auto electronics and more. His experience includes CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, Intercoms installation & service operational activity. Some of the key clients included Victorian Corrective Services and numourous data centres. Allyson has a well-established background in customer service and administration and provides essential support for the ongoing growth of the company. The role entails administrative assistance and executive support to our team nationwide, it also plays an important role in office maintenance. It includes assisting the managing the day-to-day project operations, organizing and maintaining files and records for both project and JPL service. The roles requires an extensive knowledge, support and assistance in the planning and scheduling of meetings and appointments. Also required is expertise in presentations for our social media sites which has proven invaluable to the success of the business.
Jane provides administrative and service assistance to support our operations team, she will also compliment the other team members in our office in providing further expertise to our extensive client base. Jane will also assist in managing the day-to-day service operations, organising and maintaining files and records. Jane brings to AMSEC extensive knowledge in the planning and scheduling of meetings, appointments and presentations.
